WESLEY, JAMES R.James R. "Jim" Wesley, 61, of Ocala, Florida was born October 25, 1949 in McMinnville, Tennessee and died December 23, 2010 in Summerfield, Florida. A graduate of Leesburg High School Class of 1967, he excelled at both football and baseball. He was a longtime resident of Leesburg and Ocala and was the owner of Wesley's Tops in Ocala. Mr. Wesley was a member of the Church of Christ and loved golf, fishing, hunting and playing Dominos. He is survived by his daughter Christie, and her husband Joel Scott, Jr of Grand Cayman Island: granddaughters Kaitlin and Kaylee Scott: mother Margaret Wesley of Leesburg, FL: sisters Linda Dillon of Dade City, FL, Ann Altman of Brooksville, FL and Wanda Watkins of Leesburg, FL: brothers Tim Wesley of Franklin, TN and Steve Wesley of Sarasota, FL. A Funerals Service will be held on Tuesday December 28, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg with Mr. Andy Carlton officiating.
