James Frank Williams, 90, of New Rochelle, died May 14, 2012.Williams was born in Seneca, S.C., and formerly resided in Tuckahoe and Mount Vernon. He served the U.S. Army during World War II. He was employed with International Operating Engineers Local 137 for many years.Williams is survived by his three nephews, six nieces, grand and great-grandnieces and nephews and cousins, including Eldridge Frazier of Funkstown, Md., and Ronald Williams of New Rochelle.Services were held May 18 at Barney T. McClanahan F.H. Inc., 30 Winthrop Ave., New Rochelle.
