James Burt "J.B." Stafford, 60, Russellville, passed away June 5, 2003. Visitation was 6-9 p.m. Friday, June 6, at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at Crooked Oak Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Crooked Oak Cemetery. He will lie in state from 1 until 2 p.m. before the service at the church. Colbert Memorial Chapel is directing.Officiating will be Jim Cummings and James McCullar.He was a member of Parkview Baptist Church. He was a loving, caring husband, father, grandfather and a friend to all who knew him.He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Stafford; daughter, Shannon Stafford; two grandchildren, Amy Stafford and Jordan Fisher.He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Vergie Evelyn Stafford; and two sons, Johnathan Stafford and James Stafford Jr.Pallbearers will be family and friends.
