JORDAN _ Jack William January 29, 1917 December 2, 2005 Dad passed away peacefully, Friday, December 2nd, after a courageous 2 year battle with cancer, with his loving wife at his side. Dad is survived by his wife Violet, the love of his live for 63 years. His two devoted daughters, Arleen (Jim) Gillett and Janice (Michael) Inch. His grandchildren, Michelle (Ross) Forman, Stephen (Dione) Gillett, Alisha Inch, Michael Inch Jr. as well as his great grandchildren, Ashley Forman, Ryan Forman and Dylan Gillett. The family wishes to thank the Lions Gate Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their kindness and support as well as Dr. David Hazlett and Dr. Nancy Crossin for their care. A celebration of Dad's life will be held Saturday, December 10, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Berkley Room, 999 Berkley Road, North Vancouver, B.C. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Dad's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, the B.C. Heart and Stroke Foundation or Lions Gate Hospital.
