DOUCETTE, Irene Margaret (Peggy) - Peacefully at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf in Barrie on Sunday, December 28, 2008 in her 89th year. Daughter of the late Patrick and Belinda Murphy and the beloved wife of the late Jerry. Loving mother of Colletta (Colly) (the late Rodney), Susie (Don), Jan (Greg), John (Cathy), Rose Ann (Larry), Paul (Diane), and David (Sylvie). Cherished grandmother of 16 and great grandmother to 6, as well as a loved aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME (Clapperton and Worsley Streets), Barrie on Tuesday between 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Prayers at 8:45 p.m. Funeral Service (Mass) will be held at St. Mary's Church 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Wednesday December 31, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. A special thank you to Dr. McConvey and the Staff at the Bob Rumball Home for the Deaf who took such loving care of Peggy.
