Born February 4, 1928 in Lloydminster Sask. Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2011 of W.C.G.H.. in Port Alberni, B.C.Predeceased by loving wife Marion, infant son Douglas Wesley Clark, sister Mary Shelton, brothers Dave, Bill and Charlie.Survived by sister Alice Monette, brothers; Alfred (Donna) and Donnie (Leona), sister-in-law Val and extended family. Sons; Rodger (Judy) and Dale, daughter Carol (Dan), special niece Maureen (Terry) and Curtis. Grandchildren; Jessica, Shelby, Bryce (Mary), Nikki, Holly (Dave), Steven (Cheryl) and Derek. Great grandchildren; Kennedy, Colton, Janae, Preston, Harison, JacLynne, Makenna and Carson.Wes retired from the Somass Mill in 1992 after 41 years. Wes enjoyed his bowling and his long walks and his lunches with the relatives.Wes will be greatly missed by his family and friends.Funeral services will be held at Yates Funeral Services, 4470 Gertrude Street, Port Alberni, on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 11:00am with a tea to follow. Viewing will be from 9:15 to 10:15am before services.In lieu of flowers, donations to W.C.G.H. or charity of choice.
