Jacobs; loving mother of Lynn (John) Poppenberg and Donald (Jennifer) Jacobs; cherished grandma of Mark (Cheryl), David Poppenberg, Molly (Eric) Burt, Susan (Jason) Joseph and Amy (Jordan) Walter; also survived by four great-grandchildren. Peter and Paul Church, Hamburg, at 10 AM. Mrs. Jacobs was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 527 and S.S. Peter and Paul's Altar and Rosary Society. Flowers gratefully declined.
