Memorial Service for Gloria Jean Williams, 57, Imperial Drive, Daytona Beach, who passed away August 12, 2007, in Daytona Beach, will be 3 p.m. Saturday, August 18, at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Sheffield delivering the main eulogy. There will be no calling hours. Mrs. Williams was born Dec. 6, 1949, in Midway, Fla., and moved to this area 50 years ago from there. A 1967 graduate of the former Campbell Senior High School, she attended Daytona Beach Community College where she studied computer programming and attended Bethune-Cookman University majoring in Business Administration. Survivors include her husband of 20 years, James Jeffries; daughters, Artis Register (Bruce), Amy J. Williams (James Goines) and Atley Williams (Craig Pugh); grandchildren, Crey Pugh and James Goines, IV; mother, Lola Smith (Wright); stepson, Michael Nichols; sister, Joan Jordan; brothers, Charlie Smith (Jeanetts) and Harold Smith; aunts Jessie Williams (Jay) and Fannie Durant; uncle, Henry Durant (Gladys); and nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
