ROLSTON, Gertrude Vesta nee Gillis Peacefully, on Friday, March 16, 2007 at Laurier Manor in her 103rd year. Predeceased by her beloved husband John Robert Rolston, infant daughter Gertrude, her parents Catherine Ryan and Edward Gillis and 8 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Anderson (late Gerry) of Westmeath, Adrienne Murphy (late Chris) of Ottawa and Judith MacGregor (Kenneth) of Calgary. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the 4th floor nursing staff at Laurier Manor for their loving and respectful care during her residency. Friends may pay their respects at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion) from 10 a.m. to 12:00 noon Wednesday, March 21, 2007 prior to Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord, 1940 Saunderson Drive at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Notre Dame Cemetery.
