JOHNSTONE, Gemma Ellen Sally and Robert Johnstone with sorrow announce the passing of their beautiful baby girl, Gemma Ellen, on Sunday, April 15th 2007. She will be sadly missed by big brother Gavin and both the Pehrsson and Johnstone families. Grateful thanks go out to our friends and family for their support. Particular thanks go to Lise Rochon, Dr. Pascali, Dr. Tawagi, Dr. Feigel and staff of the High Risk Unit Ottawa Hospital (Civic).
