Brooks, Frank, age 83 of Palm Beach Gardens, on September 8, 2010. Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather. Survived by his Son Dr. Steven Kenneth Brooks. Pre-Deceased by his late wife Roslyn Brooks, and his daughter Sandi Edwards; Loving Grandfather to Devon and Alexandra Edwards; Brother of Lillian Slattery; his son-in-law Lance Edwards, and many many friends. Frank was NY City Mile Champ, while at Erasmus High School. He was a graduate of NYU where he was an accomplished miler and cross County runner. He was in the Army's Counterinteligence Corp in post war Germany. Frank retired a Senior Vice-President for Federated Deparetment Stores. Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. Monday September 13, 2010 at Weiss Memorial Chapel 202 E. Boynton Beach Blvd. Boynton Beach, Fl. 561-737-0001 with Internment to follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Boynton Beach, Fl.
