-> Douglas, GA - Fannie Williams Anderson, 76, died September 24, 2005 at Appling Health Care System Baxley. She was born in Appling County and had resided in Douglas since 1948. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Douglas. Preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Anderson, Sr. and her son, James Franklin Anderson, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Anderson of Beach Island, SC; two sisters, Velma Schuur and Jimmie Peacock both of Baxley; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Buck and Mary Williams of Baxley, Charles and Bettie Williams of Covington and Robert and Violet Williams of Baxley; grandchildren, Jay and Laura Anderson of Hudson, WI, Ashley and Jimmy Leis of Douglas and Kate Anderson of Macon; a special child, Melinda Tanner Brigdeman of Callahan, FL; great -grandchildren, Jack and Alex Anderson and Clara and Jim Leis. Visitation will be held Sunday from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at David E. Miles Funeral Home, Baxley. The body will be placed in state at the Church from 12, Noon to 2:00 p.m. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at Northside Baptist Church, Douglas, GA. Burial: Red Oak Church Cemetery, Baxley, Ga. David E.
