Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Murphy Ebenezer Baptist Church, Burke County, with Rev. Echols Miller officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at the residence at 9:30 a.m. Williams Funeral Home, 1765 M.L. King, Jr. Blvd.
