RUDDOCK, MARJORIE ELLEN Marjorie Ellen Ruddock (nee Morrison) passed away peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, NB, on June 14, 2007. Marjorie is survived by her husband of 64 years, Morgan, her daughter Sybil Smith (Tom), of Welsford, NB, her son Peter (Debra) of Fredericton, NB, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Marjorie was born and lived in Bathurst, NB until 2005, when she and Morgan moved to Fredericton to be closer to their family. Marjorie was a lover of games and cards, particularly Contract Bridge, where she achieved the master's level. Marjorie worked for Tower Jewelers in Bathurst for many years and she excelled as a salesperson due to her personable style. She also enjoyed Doing needlepoint, crewel and embroidery, and left behind many treasured works. Marjorie had numerous lifelong friends in Bathurst and made many new friends at her residence at Ste. Anne's Court in Fredericton. She loved to laugh and enjoyed almost Everyday of her life. She will be missed very much by her friends and family. A memorial service will take place Saturday, June 23, 2007 at Ste. Anne's Court, 81 Duncan Lane, Fredericton, NB at 3:00 pm. An opportunity for informal visitation with Morgan and the family will take place Saturday, June 30, 2007 at Elhatton's Funeral Home, 187 St. George St, Bathurst, NB from 2:00- 4:00 pm.
