Elizabeth Monteith Henderson, 85, of Huntersville, N.C., died June 30, 2004.Widow of Everette Morris Henderson, she was born in Mecklenburg County, the daughter of the late Boyd and Rose Monteith.She is survived by two daughters, Jan James, of Simpsonville, S.C., and Susan Warren, of Belmont, N.C.; and three grandchildren, Rob Finley, Sam Warren and Katlin Warren. She was predeceased by a brother, JB Monteith; and a grandson, Brock Finley.Mrs. Henderson was a graduate of Appalachian State University, and was retired from the Fayetteville City School System, where she served as an elementary school librarian. She was a member of Huntersville Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher and organizer of adult fellowship.Visitation will be held at Huntersville Presbyterian Church at 1 p.m. July 2, 2004, before the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
