'Abbie', age 80, formerly of Kenmore, entered into rest March 13, 2001, beloved wife of the late Donald R. Morris; mother of Ebie (Steve Mack) Morris of Villa Park, IL, and Elly (Herb) Hyde of Gasport; grandmother of Elisabeth Dawn Smith, Anna Morris Mack and Hans Hyde; great-grandmother of Jesse Abendroth, Garret Riley Smith and Elly Rose Smith; her twin sister was the late Eleanor Abendroth. There will be no prior visitation. A Memorial Mass will take place at the Chapel of Elms, Elmlawn Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda on April 28, at 2:00 PM. Flowers and memorials gratefully declined. Mrs. Morris was a graduate of Milliard Fillmore School of Nursing, was an Industrial Nurse and retired from the Westinghouse Corp. She was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kenmore and was an active volunteer & board member of Schofield Nursing Home in Tonawanda.
