DOROTHY M. WILLIAMSSeptember 1, 1926 - May 11, 2014Formerly of Saskatoon, passed away peacefully on Mother's Day, at Trinity Care Centre in Penticton, BC and is survived by her children: Shari Williams (David Auld) of Penticton, Len (Colette) Williams of Clearwater, FL and Pat (Eugene) Felske of Etobicoke, ON; four cherished grandsons and adored great-grandson. Dot was predeceased by Keith, her husband of 49 years; her parents, Peter and Agatha (Neufeld) Berg; and brother, Earl Berg. Dorothy loved her family and community: volunteering on the Montgomery Place Home and School Committee, as leader in Brownies and Guides, canvassing for cancer, stroke, diabetes and the NDP and in full costume and harmony with the Western Development Museum Singers. Neighbours will remember her baking, gardening, renovating and sewing, and we were proud of her bowling and spike- driving skills. She made music a central part of our lives. Dot was an excellent role model with a wonderful sense of humour, compassion and positive energy. We will all miss you so much, Mom. Family contact slwilliams.fairford@shaw.ca.
