She was the daughter of Joseph Earl Pace and Elizabeth Heath Pace. She is predeceased by her husband Ralph Lee, Sr., sister Jean Baynard Hamby, granddaughter Caroline Rose Lee and her parents. She is survived by her children: Charlotte Lee Jones (Barry); Rosemary Lee Carter; Patty Lee Stahl (Clyde); Beth Lee Owings (Clint); Ralph Lee, Jr. (Tammy); Diane Lee Hemphill (Tony); and her "sixth daughter" Jeanne Baynard Hayes (Don). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Her brothers are Joe Earl Pace Jr. and John Douglas Pace.Dorothy enjoyed the study of family and community history and was very active in the youth ministries at Rocky Hill Baptist Church.Memorial donations may be made to Rocky Hill Baptist Church.
