Doris G. Hindman, 80, of Vine Grove, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at her home.She was preceded in death by her son, Herman Hays; and her grandson, Joe Hays.She is survived by her husband, Frank L. Hindman of Vine Grove; four daughters, Sandra Beisler of Radcliff, Donna Hays of Vine Grove, Betty Shorts of Radcliff and Meagan Hindman of Vine Grove; four sons, Victor Hays of Glennville, Ga., Dennis J. Hays of Warren, Ohio, Michael Hindman of Louisville and Cecil Hindman of Wichita Falls, Texas; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.The funeral is at 10 a.m. Friday, April 4, at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Vine Grove with the Rev. Les Bullock officiating. Burial follows in Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Valley Station.Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today and continues at 9 a.m. Friday at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Vine Grove.
