Dennis Wayne Davis, age 53, of Muscle Shoals, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2002, at his residence.He was a native of Lauderdale County, attended Lakeview United Methodist Church of Muscle Shoals, a member of the Shoals Optimist Club and the Florence Elks Lodge. He retired from Reynolds Alloys after 32 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ and was currently working with Wise Alloys.Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in Pleasant Valley Church of Christ Cemetery. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Ted Bryson.He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Etta Davis; grandparents, Arthur and Lucy Davis; and brother, Billy Davis.He is survived by his wife, Pamela Marks Davis; daughters, Patty Palmer, Emily Belue and Beth Ellen Mason, all of Rogersville; brothers, Alvin Davis of Greenhill, Leonard Davis of Rogersville and Roy Davis of Lexington; sisters, Ruth Holden of Killen, Frances White of Lexington, Barbara Keebler of Columbus, Ind., June Michael of Lexington and Shirley Hill of Lexington; grandchildren, Jake and Brett Palmer, Bailey and Rebecca Belue and Connor Mason.Pallbearers will be his nephews and friends.Honorary pallbearers will be co-workers and friends of Wise Alloys.Greenview Funeral Home of Florence is directing.
