David Lee December 15, 1943 - June 14, 2014 David (Earle) Lee passed away peacefully June 14 with his wife Michèle at his side. David joined the RCAF in 1961 as a radar technician which led to a very successful career in the recording industry in Toronto where he got to know major Canadian recording artists on a first name basis. He began a new career with Ontario Liquor Control Board in 1984 from which he retired in 2005. Upon finding out his cancer would be terminal, he married longtime partner Michèle Mallet April 30. David leaves behind wife Michèle in Toronto; his mother Margo; brothers Brian and Bruce; nephews Robert (Leslie) and Patrick, all of Calgary. A Celebration of life and Last Post will be held in the Todmorden Legion at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 28.
