Thefamily will receive friendsfrom 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Harrison Funeral Home in Greenville.In lieu of flowers, pleasemake donations to the Southeast Alabama Medical Center Foundation.She was born to the late JoeFrank Stringer and Ruby Daniel Stringer on October 8,1923. Also preceding her indeath was her husband, W. J.Owen.She is survived by two sons,Ronald (Suzanne) Owen ofPansey and Gary Owen ofBlack; two grandchildren, Dr.Kristen (Lee) Riley of Birmingham and Brian (Angie) Owenof Florence; four great-grandchildren.
