Tetrick Funeral Home, Johnson City, Tenn., is in charge of arrangements.Survivors include daughter Joyce Jones, of Johnson City, Tenn.; brother McKinney V. Taylor and his wife Jan of Richmond, Va.; her grandchildren, Scott Schrecker and his wife Melody of Franklin, Tenn., Julie Ziegenhorn and her husband Nelson, of Memphis, Tenn., and Mary Schrecker of Chicago, Ill.; five great-grandchildren; and the beloved father of Carloyn's grandchildren, Edward Schrecker of Clearwater.
