WALKER, Bruce Douglas September 30, 1959-September 7, 2007 Son, brother, friend. A battle lost to cancer, fought with courage and strength until the end. Left to grieve are his parents Gib and Gloria (Guido) and his siblings, Steve of Toronto, Kevin of Gagetown N.B. and Marjorie (Steve MacDonald) of Pembroke. He will also be sadly missed by his grandmother Genevieve Walker of Alder Point, N.S. as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He leaves behind some very special people, especially Christine Rombough who was always a tremendous friend and support. An enormous thank you to all of the medical professionals who assisted Bruce both in living and dying. Bruce always enjoyed the company of his pets, Mandy, Riley and Kitty and will find comfort in being reunited with them again. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank Street (between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial Mass to Our Lady of the Visitation Church, 5338 Bank St., Wednesday at 10 a.m. Inurnment, Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Humane Society would be most appreciated.
