Blanche Hall Morris March 08, 1924 - January 5, 2015 Macon, GA.- Blanche Morris, 90, entered into the arms of her Heavenly Father on Monday, January 5, 2015. Mrs. Morris was born on March 8, 1924 in Rocky Ford, Georgia. She was a member of Avondale Baptist Church in Macon, Georgia. Mrs. Morris retired from the Bibb County School System where she worked in the food service department. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. Her husband, James B. (JB) Morris, JR; granddaughter, Shayna Morris; parents, two sisters, and brother, preceded her in death. Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, James B. Morris (Elizabeth) of Athens, Alfred G. Morris (Joanne) of Hawkinsville, Elizabeth M. McElhenney (Edward) of McDonough, Bunyan S. Morris (Connie) of Statesboro; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 7, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m at Avondale Baptist Church, with funeral services at 2:00 p.m., interment will follow in Avondale Baptist Church Cemetery.
