Betty Johnson, of Muscle Shoals, passed away March 6, 2004, at her residence after an extended illness.She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bobby Johnson; daughter, Lisa Howard and husband, Hadley, of Muscle Shoals; son, Michael Johnson and wife, Kathi, of Hollywood, Fla.; sister, Martha Warrick, of Muscle Shoals; five grandchildren, Colleen and Kevin Johnson, Dustin Tidwell, Robert Howard and Robin Watson. Betty is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.Preceding her in death was her mother and father, Beulah and Irvin Waddell; brother, Charles Waddell; and brother-in-law, George Warrick.She will be missed by family and friends, and memories will be cherished forever. Visitation will be at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial services will be at Morrison Funeral Home on Wednesday at 2 p.m.In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity.
