*PLEASE NOTE CHANGE* In Time of Service JOHNSON, Betty On July 1, 2004, Betty Johnson of Edmonton peacefully passed away at the age of 89 years at the Jubilee Lodge. Take her in Thine arms, dear Lord, and ever let her be A messenger of love Between our hearts and Thee. Betty will be remembered by her loving family, son Jim (Patti) Johnson of Calgary; daughters, Joan (Stan) Stretch of Edmonton and Barb Groves of Calgary; eight grandchildren, Nancy (George), Susan, Sharon, Linda (Mel), Leslie (Trevor), Stephen, Corby (Michelle) and Chad; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Clif (Kaye) Kilburn, Jimmy (Dorothy) Kilburn and Doug (Linda) Kilburn; one sister, Pearl (Lyle) Shillington; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Shirley; grandson, Noel; sister, Jean and brother Colin. A special thank you to the staff of the Jubilee Lodge Nursing Home for their wonderful care. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday July 6, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Edmonton Free Methodist Church, 7706-86 Avenue, Edmonton.
