>WALKER, Betty Jean, 85, of Brooksville, Fla., died Thursday, March 15, 2007, at Hernando Pasco Hospice Care Center. She was born in Tipton County, Ind., and moved to the area nine years ago from Anderson, Ind. She was a retired food service manager for the school system in Anderson. She was a volunteer in Hernando County Public Schools (Moton and Brooksville Elementary) for 20 years and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Anderson. Survivors include two daughters, Jan Walker and Holly Lagedrost; son-in-law, Randall Lagedrost and granddaughter, Kelly Lagedrost, all of Brooksville and sister, Ann Stopher of Anderson. A gathering of family and friends will take place 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Merritt Funeral Home Brooksville Chapel.
