DONNELLY-BROWER, Bernadette (1949 - 2006) Surrounded by family and friends, Bernadette bid us farewell on December 12th, 2006. Predeceased by her beloved Neal Brower, Bern was the wild and wonderful mother of John and Colwyn Griffith. Bernadette loved to travel the world and leaves deeply-saddened friends and family in Canada and abroad. Bernadette, a fierce and passionate woman, battled inequity and helped others everywhere she went. Much gratitude and thanks go to the extraordinary staff and volunteers at the Victoria Hospice. Memorial celebrations will take place in Victoria and Ottawa at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Bernadette's family asks that donations be made to the Victoria Hospice (victoriahospice.org).
