April 29, 2012 Anna Hnotko Smith, 96, of Baldwinsville, died Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Crouse Hospital. She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Smith, who died in 1997. Survivors: her daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Albert DeSalvo of Baldwinsville; her two sisters, Julie Maliwesky of Syracuse and Eve (Donald) Huth of Liverpool; her brother, John Hnotko of Syracuse; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday from Macko-Vassallo Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery. Calling hours will be 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 1609 W.
