MILLER- IT is with great sadness that we say good-bye to our mom, grandmother, aunt and friend. Alma passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 4, 2007 after enjoying a life of 92 years. Family and friends made up the fabric of mom's life. Her love for her son, Allen, daughter-in-law, Marty of Estevan and her grandchildren; Christopher, Erika and Carmen will be held close in our hearts. Her husband, Dusty predeceased Alma in October 1994. They shared 53 years of life together in Carlyle. Alma was born in the hills north of Arcola and had returned home to live at Coteau Place in May of 2007. We would like extend a very special thank you to Mauraine, Betty and all the staff at Coteau Place for the love and care extended to mom over the past few weeks. A very special thank you to the ambulance staff, you all held a very special place in Alma's heart. To her many friends, you all made mom's life rich and full. A celebration of Alma's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 8, from Carlyle United Church with Rev. John Bullas officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Morris Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be given to a charity of your own choice. Arrangements in care of the Orsted Funeral Home, Carlyle.
