Funeral for Alice Roberts Morrison, 80, of Adamsville will be Saturday, April 1, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Long officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Morrison, who died Thursday, March 30, 2006, at Sunbridge Health and Rehabilitation, was born Dec. 26, 1925, in Jamestown to John Lawson Roberts and Mellie Hartline Roberts. She was a homemaker. Her brother, Hoyt Roberts, preceded her in death.Survivors include one daughter, Regina Acker and husband, Mike, of Adamsville; two grandchildren, Joshua Acker and wife, Jennifer, of Alabaster and Rebecca Acker of Adamsville; one great-grandson, Jacob Acker of Alabaster; one sister, Clara Tracy of Gadsden; and many nieces and nephews.
