Alice Jean Hilpp Johnson, 86, died Wednesday, March 6, 2013. She was a member of Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, where she also was a Senior Club and Woman's Club member. She was preceded in death by a son, Doug Johnson; and daughter-in-law, Pam Johnson.Survivors include her loving husband, David Johnson Sr.; two sons, David Jr. and Robert Johnson; three daughters, Sarah (George) Wilding, of Frankfort, Julie (Jeff) Hayden, of Bardstown, and Nancy Johnson, of Charleston, S.C.; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a brother, Adolph Hilpp.Her celebration of life Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, March 9, at her church, 4335 Hazelwood Ave. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Friday, March 8, at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Drive in Louisville.Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Senior Club or Woman's Club at Sts.
