SIMONS, Dr. Alexander Josef, D.D.S.Born in Germany, December 16, 1925 Died June 24, 2011 surrounded by all his daughters. Our Dad, Opa, G-Opa, Uncle, Brother, and friend was greatly loved by all. He will be sadly missed by his five daughters, Martina, Isabel, Patricia, Sabrina, and Danielle and their spouses; nine grandchildren and their spouses; two great-grandchildren; extended family and friends. Alex was an adventurous man with the ability to explore, learn, teach and respect all people, nature, and all parts of this world. Dr. A.J. Simons was a respected, retired professor at the University of Alberta. He taught in the Faculty of Dentistry.
