JOHNSON, ZULA MAE, 76, of 2001 Palmetto Ave., the wife of Mr. Bobby D. Johnson went home to be with her Lord early Monday morning, August 9, 2004, while surrounded by her family and loved ones in her home. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She worked for Sheller Globe Manufacturing, Inc. in Norfolk, VA for 18 years. Born in Marion, NC on June 4, 1928, she was the last survivor of eight children born to the late Etta and Perry Key. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Faith Fellowship Church of Sanford. She was baptized in the Catawba River in North Carolina and formerly served as bus monitor for Fairmont Park Freewill Baptist Church of Virginia Beach, VA. She leaves to cherish her memory: husband of 40 years, Bobby D. Johnson; her daughter, Rickey Jo Worth; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Friends may call and pay their respects on Thursday evening August 12th from 6-8PM at the Faith Fellowship Church, 1609 S. Sanford Ave., Sanford. A Celebration and Memorial of her life will be conducted at 1PM on Friday August 13th at Faith Fellowship Church. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Park in Sanford. The family wishes to extend an invitation to friends and family following the burial to the home of Rickey Jo Worth. Services are entrusted to the PINELLO FUNERAL HOME, 1036 Derbyshire Road, Daytona Beach, FL 32117. 386-252-7777.
