Yvonne Ruth Wright, 72, of Versailles, Ky., and formerly of McRoberts, Ky., passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington, Ky. Mrs. Wright was born in Neon, Ky., lived most of her life in McRoberts, and had made her home in Versailles for the last two years. She was a mother and a homemaker and was a retired schoolteacher. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star Pine Mountain Chapter 247 in Jenkins, Ky. She was of the Apostolic faith. She was the daughter of Henry W. Back and Anna Robinson Back and was the widow of Leonard Chester Wright. Survivors include a daughter, Sherre Ann (Mark) Wright, Versailles, Ky.; son, Tony (Suki) Wright, Seymour; five grandchildren, Colton Wright, Camryn Wright, Eddie Mullins, Joshua Mullins and Jeremiah Mullins; three great-grandchildren, Gracie Mullins, Lucas Mullins and Nicholas Mullins; a brother, Fred Back, McRoberts, Ky.; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Delia Lee, Mildred Williams and Lucilla Woods, and a brother, Jack Back. The Rev. Danny Hurst, the Rev. Dale White and Bishop Willie Lamb will conduct funeral services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Polly and Craft Chapel, Jenkins, Ky. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery, Ermine, Ky. Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
