SARRACINO, YVONNE, CHARTIER, 91, of the Kickemuit Senior Village, Libby Lane, died peacefully Sunday May 8, 2005.Born in Centerdale, a daughter of the late Romeo and Mary Louise (Roy) Chartier, she lived in Warren for the past 14 years, previously residing in Barrington.Mrs. Sarracino worked as a housekeeper, dietitian at the Grace Barker Nursing Home and the Food Services Division at the Naval War College in Newport where she received several commendation letters before her retirement. Mrs. Sarracino was a member of the Barrington American Legion Women's Auxiliary for over 40 years where she held several offices including that of President. She was a member of the Hampton Meadows Volunteer Firemen's Auxiliary also holding several offices including President. She resided at the Kickemuit Senior Village in Warren and was a previous member of the Tenants Association. She was a member of the Bristol Baptist Church. She taught piano at the early age of 18, enjoyed music, dancing, crafts and bingo. She was a patient lady and a good listener. She will be greatly missed.She leaves two sons; Robert Forcier of Chepachet and Richard Roberts of Cambridge, NY and daughters-in-law; Emma and Joyce, a daughter; Beverly Snell of Rockland, CA, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren. She was the wife of the late Henry Forcier, Bruce Roberts and Orlando Sarracino. She was the mother of the late Raymond Forcier.Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, at 10:30 AM in W. RAYMOND WATSON FUNERAL HOME, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside. Burial will follow in South Cemetery, Warren. Calling Hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
