Avis de décès de Yvette Gaudreault

DANCAUSE, Yvette (née Gaudreault) - Surrounded by her loving family, Yvette Dancause passed away at the Timmins and District Hospital on Tuesday, May 12th 2009. Yvette was the loving wife and best friend of the late Gérard Dancause for forty- four years. She was the very beloved mother of Gaëtanne Nowakowski (Chris) of Sault Ste. Marie, ON and Allen Dancause (Ann) of Timmins, ON. Yvette will be deeply missed and will always be remembered as their loving Gram to her grandchildren Anne (Derek Miller), Monique (Allan Bevan), Jesse, and Ian. Yvette was predeceased by her beloved parents, Joseph and Marie- Jeanne (née Lalancette) Gaudreault. She was the dear sister of Roméo Gaudreault (Claire) of Hearst, ON and the late Armand (Rita Pelletier), late Germaine Bouthillier (late Jean), late Florian “Floyd” (Léona “Lily”) and the late Laurent “Larry”. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Also left to mourn is her very special friend, Jackie Mackenzie of Wawa, ON. Yvette was an excellent mother and grandmother. Her contagious smile, good nature, friendliness, quick wit, and sense of humour will be missed by many. She loved to cook for her children and grandchildren and there was always room for one more around the family dinner table. Yvette was devoted to those she loved so dearly. She will be greatly missed by all her friends whose lives she touched in so many ways. Special thanks are extended to the staff of the Golden Manor, Timmins, ON, Abbé Simon Drapeau, nurses Stella, Marilyn, Ann, and Julie and doctors Julie Auger and Mario Ciccone at the Timmins and District Hospital for the excellent care provided to Yvette. In keeping with Yvette's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 19th 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Monica's Church, Wawa, ON followed by internment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Gilmartin Funeral Home, Wawa, ON “Praise of a Fine Human Being“ You can shed tears that she is gone. OR you can smile because she lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back or you can open your eyes and see that she has left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see her or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday. You can remember her and only that she's gone or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back, or you can do what she'd want .... Smile, open your eyes, love and go on. Anonymous 11514543
