Willie Mae Jennings SPARTANBURG, SC-- Willie Mae Brooks Jennings, 91, of Spartanburg passed away on Monday, August 1, 2011. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg. She was daughter of the late G.W. and Essie Brooks and a retired employee of Jonathan Logan. She was predeceased by her husband, Ellis Ray Jennings. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Sisk and her husband Rev. Jack Sisk of Spartanburg; brothers, Louie Brooks and Bud Brooks, both of Spartanburg; sisters, Georgia Buchanan of North Carolina and Mary DeGrandis of Florida; grandchildren, Gary Jones, Travis and Lynne Sisk, Ken and "Barbee" Jones, Danielle and Dale Morgan, and Alicia Gee. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Stribling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Peters officiating, and with private burial services at Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. The family will be at the home of her daughter, Brenda Sisk, 3047 North Blackstock Road, Spartanburg.
