WILLIE MAE HALL EAST CHICAGO, IN Willie Mae Hall, age 81, of East Chicago, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Community Hospital in Munster. Survived by four daughters: Dorothy (Jimmie) Robinson, Verdell Anderson, Trauncell Wright and Ladell Wright all of East Chicago; four stepdaughters: Kathy Hunter and Tammy Hall both of East Chicago, and Cyd (Curtis) Brown of Gary and Wendy (Curtis) Samuels of Merrillville; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; five sisters: Dorothy (Julian) Berber of Hammond, Mary Alford, Oceola Walden and Mary Wright all of East Chicago, and Terry Alexander of Gary; one aunt, Lucy Lee of East Chicago; brother- in-law, Leo Hall of East Chicago; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the House of Glory, 4009 Fir Street, East Chicago, IN with Dr. Willie and Dr. Jennifer Nelson officiating. Interment at Fern Oaks Cemetery, Griffith. A closed casket visitation will be held Thursday, June 18, 2009 at the House of Glory from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the funeral service.
