Homegoing services will be conducted on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 2 pm, at Hood Temple A.M.E. Zion Church, located at 3608 North 26th Street, with Reverend Bessie L. Mohead, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. She was previously employed as a CNA at Habana Health Care, Environmental Tech at St. Joseph and a toll plaza expressway operator as well as a community service attendant. Preceded in death by her parents, Mattie Bell Fann Davis and Solomon Davis Sr.; brothers, Solomon Davis Jr. and Saunders (Larry) Davis; sisters, Reatha Mae Simpson, Eva Mae Davis, Aleane Dale & Francine Copeland. Survived by daughters, Jacqueline Miller (Casey), Viola Glover, Renita Devon Buie (Tommy), Pastor Janice Baker and Felicia Glover; sons, Willie James Glover Jr. (Margaret), John Quinton Glover (fiance; Valerie), Michael Glover; over 40 loving great-grands; one great-great-grandchild; host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
