OLIVER - Willie M. "Billy" Lee, age 69, died Monday, January 22, 2007, at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. The Screven County native was retired from Union Camp Corp. where he was a supervisor. He was also a member of Little Ogeechee Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Judy Lee; and son, Bill Lee. Survivors: wife, Barbara Ann Sanders Lee of Oliver; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Marie and Randy Williams of Oliver; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia Ann L. and Marlin Smith of Caycee, S.C.; brothers and sisters-in-law, John Ellis and Joyce Lee of Pooler, Robert Allen and Rebecca Lee of Hendersonville, N.C., Charles E. and Donna Lee of Newington, Danny H. and Martha Lee of Newington; two grandchildren, Barbara Leah Williams of Oliver and Randy Lee Williams Jr. of Pooler; three great-grandchildren, Cody, Trent and Emma; several nieces and nephews. Visitation: Wednesday, January 24, 2007, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service: Thursday, January 25, 2007, at 2 p.m. at the Little Ogeechee Baptist Church with the Rev. Vernon Edenfield officiating. Burial: Little Ogeechee Baptist Church Cemetery. He will lie in state from 1-2 p.m. at the church. Pallbearers: nephews. Honorary pallbearers: retired friends of Union Camp Corp.
