WILLOUGHBY, WILLIAM 1912 2007 Bill died peacefully on December 30, two and a half months short of his 96th birthday, surrounded by Diana, his loving wife of 9 years; his children, David and Margaret (Cale); family and friends. He was much loved and is much missed. A Celebration of his Life and Promotion to Glory will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Salvation Army Citadel, 4030 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC, V8X 5J6, (McKenzie Avenue near the Pat Bay Highway).
