Pitts, William, age 42, of Pompano Beach, FL died on Tuesday, January 11, 2004. Mr. Pitts was born on October 1, 1958 in Quincy, MA to Donald and Mary (Carr) Pitts. He came to South Florida in 1985 from Boston, MA. Mr. Pitts was of catholic faith and was a US Air Force Veteran who was a Flight Steward aboard Air Force 2 for several years. He was predeceased by his father Donald Pitts in 1972 and a brother, John Pitts in 1995. Survivors include his loving and devoted mother, Mary Pitts of Boynton Beach, FL; two devoted brothers, Donald Pitts of Miami, FL and James Pitts of Stoughton, MA. Also surviving are 2 nieces and 3 nephews and his loving aunt and uncle, Evelyn Culhane and James Carr. Memorial Services and inurnment are private to the family. The family requests that memorials be made to Food For The Poor, 550 S.W. 12 Ave, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442, in memory of William Pitts.
