WILLIAM OTTO AMES FORMERLY OF KOUTS, IN William Otto Ames, age 55, a Monon resident for the past two years, formerly of Kouts, passed away Monday, February 23, 2009 in Kouts. He was born August 7, 1953 in Valparaiso, the son of Dillar and Mildred (Meiss) Ames, graduated from Washington Township School and had worked as a carpenter. William is survived by his six brothers and sisters; Caroline (Edward) Lester of Valparaiso, Dillar (Patricia) Ames, Jr. of Francesville, Timothy (Joyce) Ames of Valparaiso, Cindrea (Kenneth) Susdorf of Kouts, Todd (Evelyn) Ames of Kouts and Mary Ames of Francesville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons: William and Arthur Ames. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 6:00 PM at Kosanke Funeral Home, 105 East Indiana Ave., Kouts, IN with Pastor James McKee officiating.
