TODD, Wayne It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wayne Todd. Wayne passed away, September 18, 2012 at the age of 71. He is survived by his wife Shirley, son Troy (Thea), son Glen (Laura), grandchildren Raina and Carson, nieces and nephew. He was predeceased by his sister Betty and brother-in-law Jim Stewart, parents Gertrude and James Todd. Wayne grew up and was educated in Winnipeg, Manitoba where he attained his goal of becoming a Chartered Accountant. An avid curler, Wayne was an active member of the Delta Thistle Curling Club since its inception in 1972. Wayne's other passion was travelling, and he had the good fortune of travelling the world for both business and pleasure. After working at several companies he started up his own - Certispec Services Inc. - and over the years it has successfully expanded both nationally and internationally. A celebration of life will be held at Valley View Funeral home, 14660 -72nd. Avenue, Wednesday, September 26, from 2-4pm. In Lieu of flowers, the family would graciously appreciate a donation to the charity of your choosing.
