JOHNSON, WAYNE, 72, of LaGrange, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013 surrounded by his family at the V.A. Medical Center in Louisville. Born in Muhlenberg Co. September 25, 1940 he is the son of the late Arley and Erma Davis Johnson. Wayne was a parts manager with Peterson GMC Kenworth, a professional musician and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his three children, Nancy Worful (Tom), Shelly Fields (Brad) and Travis Johnson (Kelly); one brother, Gary Johnson; three sisters, Jan Roberts, Marcia Johnson and Karen Redner; and six grandchildren, Jeremy, Madison, Summer, Kaitlyn, Drew and Reese. His former wife and "Sweet Pea" of 31 years , Edna M. Johnson, also survives. A service celebrating Wayne's life will be held 1 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2013 at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd.
