BRYANT, Wanda Fay, 64, of South Pasadena, Fla., entered into rest September 10, 2007, at St. Anthony' s Hospital. Wanda was born in Evarts, Ky., and moved to this area in 1983 from Boston, Mass. She owned and operated the Paradise Bay Cafe in St. Petersburg for 8 years. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Arthur; two sons, Daniel Profitt of Charlotte, N.C., and Keith Bryant of Belmont, N.H.; one daughter, Heather Swackhammer of Little Rock, Ark.; a sister, Loretta Evans of Largo, Fla.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Profitt. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the service time at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, at Beach Memorial Chapel.
