Born to William Thomas Overgard II and Gloria Nadine Overgard on October 8, 1951 in Nyack. He is survived by his loving wife Melinda Anne Overgard, brother Matthew F. Overgard, sister Jennifer Magnusson, brother-in-law Eric Magnusson and sister-in-law Victoria Overgard, nephew William Overgard and niece Maja Magnusson. Tom was employed by Parson School of Design for 22 years as a typographer and Graphic Artist, he was also an avid musician and entertainer who has performed throughout Manhattan and Rockland County. A private celebration of Tom's life will be held on November 23, 2002.
