William Charles Starr "Billy" of Tarrytown died August 11, 2008 at the age of 19. He was born November 25, 1988 in N. Tarrytown. He was a beloved son to Kathryn and David and brother to Matthew, Bridget, Thomas and Christopher. He was the grandson of William and Lynn Stone and the late Robert and Marie Starr. He was a cherished nephew and cousin to many. Billy was loved by an entire community. He was an avid fan of sports, music and hanging with his friends. A graduate of Irvington High School, Billy was entering his sophomore year at Towson University in MD. Billy will live on forever in all of our hearts. He will be sorely missed. Visitation will be at COFFEY FUNERAL HOME on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be private. Billy's family has requested no flowers.
